LIVING TABLETOP — ALPHA 1 TEST TERMS

These terms are between you and TYCHRION ARCANE CAPITAL LTD, Cyprus ("Tychrion"). They apply to the test build of
Living Tabletop ("the Game") in the test phase ALPHA 1, alongside the Game's licence agreement (EULA). By choosing
"I agree and play" you accept them.

1. What this is. The Game is unfinished. ALPHA 1 is the first test phase. You play a build that is meant for testing,
not for sale, and it may contain bugs, lose progress or stop working.

2. Purpose. The only purpose of the records described below is to debug the Game: to find bugs, to check how smoothly
it runs on different computers, how conversations with characters work, whether the story can be understood and
finished, and how long and when people play. We do not use the records for advertising and do not sell them.

3. What the Game records and sends. While you play, the Game records and sends to our test server:
   - when and how long you play: the start and end of every game, and once a minute whether the game window is open;
   - your route on the map and in the first-person view, every action you take in the game, and your saved games;
   - what you write to characters and rooms in the Game, the replies, and which model wrote them;
   - how the Game runs: the duration of every frame, errors, your game settings, and your computer: operating system,
     processor, memory, graphics card and screen;
   - bug reports you send, with a screenshot of the Game and your note.
   The Game does not send your name, your e-mail address, the name of your computer or the names of folders on it.
   Your tester code identifies you to us; keep it to yourself.

4. Always on. In ALPHA 1 recording is always on and cannot be switched off. What exactly is being sent is shown in
Settings → ALPHA 1. If you do not want to be recorded, do not play the test build.

5. Conversations. What you type in a conversation is sent through our test server to a third-party language model
service so that it can write the reply, or to a model running on your own computer if you choose one.

6. How long we keep it. We keep the records until the end of the ALPHA test phase. Then we delete them.

7. Your rights. At any time you can ask us for a copy of your records, ask us to delete them, or withdraw your
consent. Withdrawing your consent means you stop playing the test build; we then delete your records. Write to
tabletop@tychrion.com from the address to which your invitation was sent and tell us your tester code.

8. Age. You may take part only if you are at least 18 years old.

9. Confidentiality. The test build and what you see in it are not public yet. Please do not publish recordings,
screenshots or details of the test build without our permission.

10. Changes. If these terms change, the Game will ask for your consent again before it records anything more.

12. Law and language. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus. If you are a consumer, you keep
the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live. The English text is binding;
translations are provided for convenience.
